Accepted Insurances and Payment Plans
To provide our behavioral health services to as many patients as possible, Clive Behavioral Health accepts almost all major health insurances. To determine if our treatment services are in network with a specific insurance provider, please call our intake team at 844-680-0504.
It is the policy of Clive Behavioral Health not to create a financial hardship for any patient. If necessary, our intake team can work with you to create a payment plan appropriate to the patient’s financial status.
